H2O Guide Service also offers private tours because we want to create a place where you can truly enjoy yourself with your friends and family.
Because we want our customers to experience ‘the most enjoyable course of the day’.
We change our starting position according to the amount of water (water level) of the day. In other words, each tour is a custom-made special tour.
We want our guests to enjoy themselves for as long a distance and time as possible.
We will continue to focus on “your enjoyment” in the future.
Even before Covid19 spread, we have always focused on small-group tours.
We only offer two tours per day and a maximum of three boats. Of course, there is also the option to charter a boat.
We try to keep the group size small.
H2O Guide Service is the smallest rafting company in Minakami.
Because we are small, we try to perform tours that larger companies cannot do.
We are able to handle each and every tour with care and attention to detail.
That is our philosophy at H2O Guide Service.

Rafting is the sport of boating down a raging river and is inherently dangerous. The attraction of rafting tours is due in part to the thrill of paddling through the rapids. There is no technology that can make rafting 100% safe in a natural environment, and neither our company nor our guides can erase this danger in advance.
During the rafting tour, there is a possibility that you may fall into the water or capsize due to unpredictable and sudden changes in conditions.
During the rafting tour, guests are exposed to various risks. Unforeseeable and sudden changes in weather conditions may cause you to fall overboard or capsize. This could result in injury, drowning, or in the worst case, death, if you collide with a natural or man-made obstacle such as a rock, a tree hidden in the water, or are caught in a swift current formed by such an obstacle.
Although we and our guides analyze and estimate the situation to reduce the above risks, we cannot eliminate the risks. No perfect technology exists to do so. In order to minimize these risks as much as possible, we strive to improve the skills and knowledge of our guides and provide them with appropriate safety equipment.
You also have a responsibility to follow the instructions given by your guide in order to reduce your own exposure to risk.
In addition, the rivers where rafting takes place are wilderness areas, sometimes surrounded by cliffs and other obstacles on both sides, and sometimes there are no medical facilities nearby, so it may take longer than in urban areas to receive medical attention in the event of injury.
Please understand the above before participating in this tour.
The above does not limit the liability of our company and guides.
